What is there to do in Jacksonville, FL?
I'm travelling to jacksonville, FL soon but I have no idea how to spend my time down there. I can't find anything interesting on the internet. Has anyone visited jacksonville, what is there to do in that area? Other - United States - 1 Answers

Besides the obvious (beaches, golf, shopping), there's a water park (Adventure Landing), a number of venues where big-name acts play and dozens of clubs for local talent (best source is the Folio Weekly, a free independent paper available all around town), pro/semipro sports (Suns minor league baseball, Axemen rugby and Sharks arena football just a few currently playing, plus some Jaguars training sessions open to public), riverboat excursions/dinner cruises, numerous tourist attractions in St. Augustine, various museums, etc. Plus, Daytona and Orlando are an easy day-trip away.
