It all depends on what you drive and the price of gas within that area, well hope you have a safe road trip!

obviously it depends on what you drive. In a 4 cylinder compact, probably around $60-$75. In a V-8 large truck, about $200.
3 :
3 gallons

get on www.mapquest.com Put in your start and ending location. That should give you a rough estimate of the miles you need to travel. Then take the fuel mileage your vehicle gets, and divide the total number of miles you're going to travel (there and back) by the fuel mileage of your vehicle. That'll give you the total number of gallons that you'll use. Multiply that by the cost of fuel (around $3.20 a gallon) And wallaa.

Go to Mapquest.com or maps.google.com and put int he two addresses. Get driving directions and see how many miles it says. Add 10% to that number. Now determine how many miles per gallon your vehicle gets but if you don't know you can usually estimate 21 to 22 miles per gallon and be safe unless you have a pickup truck or SUV and then use 17 mpg. Divide the total miles by either the 22 or the 17 and you should have a pretty good estimate on how many. Unless you know for sure what you get and then don't take the high figure but reduce it by 3 mpg just to be safe and divide that into the total and remember that's a one way trip. Double it to get back.

You first need to calculate how many miles you get per gallon of gas then divide that number into how many miles you want to drive.

Bakersfield, CA to Jacksonville? That depends on a lot of things: Are you driving or flying? Will you need lodging along the way if you are driving? Can you pack food and drinks for the drive? Will you need lodging once you ge to Jacksonville? What route (if driving) will you be taking? I'm guessing probably strait out I-10 would be the best since it's the fastest. I live in Jacksonville and have traveled between California and Florida a few times by car. If you need any specific info for this area like gas prices, traffic, etc. just send me a message.

It depends on the fuel economy your vehicle gets, the costs of the fuel, how many stops you're making, etc...But a trip of that distance generally takes me $250 for gas...
